Happy Muslim Mama: Gifts From Over The Pond

One thing I absolutely love is receiving parcels in the post. iMuslimah very kindly sent me this bumper stash to play with. I have to admit the craft materials you get in the USA are way better (and cheaper I think) than what is available over here, so everything she sent was an absolute treat.

I’m in love with the ribbons and bling and iMuslimah’s timing could not have been better. I am most creative when I am relaxed and at the moment I was feeling stressed enough to get creative block. This stash has really got my creative juices flowing.

The choclate didn’t last five minutes, as soon as I opened the package, the Baby grabbed it and tried to make a run for it. I’m going to save this for one of those days when it all gets too much and I need to shut my door grab a good book and savour some chocolate. She was generous enough to send the children gifts too, which will help me keep them occupied during the school holidays.
My favourite though was the lovely card which currently lives in my bedroom, but will take pride of place on an inspiration board once I get one going insh’Allah.
